We have three policies available:

• If you have no medical conditions that need to be covered Claims for delay and trip abandonment are covered by this policy.
• If you have medical conditions (but not including HIV) that need to be covered. Claims for delay and trip abandonment are covered by this policy.
• an HIV-inclusive policy. Claims for delay and trip abandonment are NOT covered by this policy. If you want volcanic ash-related claims for delay and trip abandonment, take out the policy for people with no medical conditions in addition to this one.

You can book just for one trip or, if you're travelling more than once in the next year, it could be more economical for you to have an annual, multi-trip policy.
